Per the Seth Godin item, Henry Ford did not, of course, invent interchangeable parts---and "interchangeable people" was at least as much a creation of Taylor's "scientific management" as of Ford's assembly line.

So, to input some emotion, I loved the summary as much as the notion that someone took the time to share with others, such as me who, such valuable experience. Building a company and making it relevant to all those who work in it beyond the satisfaction that comes from a paycheck is a wonderful goal. Thank you

Though I didn't cover much of this world business forum, I got the total summery here, actually the main parts of it. I totally agree with Gary Burnison that "Real leaders don’t run companies, they coach people to run companies". Very true.
