SF20 Goes Positive in May
May was another good month for the Superfactory 20 Index of Lean Manufacturing Companies. The year-to-date average performance went positive for the first time this year, and the performance gap between the SF20 and the S&P 500 increased to over 4%. Wabtec, Parker-Hannifin, and Caterpillar continue to perform the best while Steelcase, Rubbermaid, and Tesco are bringing up the rear. The SF20 average performance by month is as follows:
